Job Description:
Norbulk Pacific Maritime is recruiting 5 Oilers to join LPG Tanker vessels. The successful candidates will work as part of the engine department, supporting the engineers with engine room operations, machinery maintenance, cleaning, and routine technical duties. Candidates should have relevant seagoing experience and hold all required maritime documentation and certificates.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist engineers with the operation and maintenance of engine room machinery.
Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Assist with inspections, repairs, and planned maintenance activities.
Maintain engine room cleanliness and safe working conditions.
Follow onboard safety procedures and instructions from engineering officers.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Oiler or in a similar engine department position
LPG Tanker experience preferred
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Valid seaman's documents and certificates
Ability to work safely as part of a multicultural crew
