This role involves the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, focusing on navigation, cargo operations, and leadership of the deck team. Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing operational watchkeeping and navigational duties
• Supervising cargo loading, stowage, and discharge operations
• Ensuring strict compliance with safety and environmental procedures
• Managing deck crew and mentoring junior officers
• Maintaining logs, reports, and official documentation as required
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
