Job Description:
The Oiler assists the engine room team in maintaining and operating machinery, performing lubrication, and supporting routine mechanical tasks to ensure smooth vessel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lubricate and maintain machinery as directed.
• Assist engineers with daily engine room operations.
• Monitor and report machinery performance.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and support emergency drills.
Requirements:
• Indian Wk / COP for Ratings.
• Prior experience on LPG Tankers preferred.
• Medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
