Job Description
Capital Shipmanning Phils., Inc. is urgently recruiting 6 Oilers (OLR) for immediate deployment onboard tanker vessels.
Candidates must have valid seafarer documentation readily available, a minimum of 18 months of experience in the same position, and recent sea service. The last sign-off must have been within the past nine months. International sea-service experience is required, while a valid U.S. or Schengen visa is preferred.
This is an urgent recruitment campaign for immediate evaluation and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assist the engineering department with routine machinery and equipment operations.
- Carry out maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of engine-room equipment.
- Support Engineers and Fitters during maintenance and repair activities.
- Monitor machinery spaces and report defects or abnormalities.
- Follow onboard safety, environmental, and tanker-specific procedures.
