Oiler for Oil Tanker Vessel

Job Description:

Blackharbor Maritime Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Oiler to join its fleet of Oil Tanker vessels. The position is available on an Oil Tanker of approximately 1,000 GRT. The Oiler will support the engine department with routine machinery operations, maintenance, cleaning, and monitoring duties under the supervision of the engineering officers.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist engineering officers with routine engine-room operations.
• Monitor and lubricate machinery and equipment as required.
• Perform cleaning and general maintenance duties.
• Assist during machinery repairs and inspections.
• Follow engine-room safety and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
• Any Watchkeeping (WK) certificate accepted.
• Any vessel experience accepted.
• Relevant experience as an Oiler.
• Good English communication skills.
