Job Description:
Western Shipping Southeast Asia, Inc. is urgently recruiting 3 Oilers (OLR) for deployment onboard an LPG Tanker vessel. Candidates are required to join ASAP / August 2026. The Oiler will support the engine department with machinery operation, maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and general engine room duties.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist engineering officers with the operation and maintenance of engine room machinery.
Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of machinery and equipment.
Assist with planned maintenance and repair activities.
Maintain engine room cleanliness and safe working conditions.
Follow onboard safety procedures and instructions from engineering officers.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Oiler or in a similar engine department position
LPG Tanker experience preferred
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Valid seafarer's documents and certificates
Availability for urgent deployment
