Oiler for Container Carrier Vessel

Job Description:

Capital Ship Manning Phils. Inc. is seeking 1 experienced Oiler for a Container Carrier Vessel, with deployment required by December 2026. The successful candidate will support the engineering team with machinery monitoring, lubrication, and routine engine-room maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with engine-room watches and machinery monitoring.
• Lubricate and maintain equipment as instructed by engineering officers.
• Inspect machinery and report abnormal operating conditions.
• Assist with routine maintenance and keep work areas clean.
• Follow onboard safety and environmental procedures.

Requirements:

• At least 18 months of experience as an Oiler.
• International sea service experience.
• Last sign-off within the past 9 months.
• Valid maritime documents must be available.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Valid U.S. or Schengen visa preferred.
