Oiler for Bunkering Tanker Vessel

Job Description:

Sea Gate Navigation Corp. is recruiting an experienced Oiler for a bunkering vessel. The Oiler will support the engine department with machinery operation, maintenance, cleaning, and routine engine-room activities.

The position requires a safety-conscious crew member capable of working effectively as part of the engine department during vessel and bunkering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with operation and maintenance of engine-room machinery.
• Carry out routine cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance tasks.
• Assist engineers during inspections, repairs, and machinery servicing.
• Monitor equipment and report abnormalities to engineering officers.
• Follow company safety procedures and emergency protocols.

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates applicable to rank.
• Valid Oiler/Rating certification as required.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Relevant experience in rank.
• Bunkering/tanker vessel experience is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Valid seafarer documents and passport.
