Job Description:
An urgent recruitment is underway for an experienced Oiler to join a Bulk Carrier (GRT 30,000). The company is seeking a motivated engine rating with previous experience onboard bulk carriers to support daily engine room operations and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assist engineers in engine room operations and maintenance.
- Monitor machinery performance and report abnormalities.
- Perform cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Follow safety procedures and company regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the engine room.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
- Proficiency in English communication
- Previous experience as Oiler on Bulk Carrier vessels is mandatory
- Valid Passport and Seaman's Book
Employment Details:
- Joining Date: On or before 20 August
- Contract Duration: As per company policy
- Salary: USD 1,200–1,400/month
