Job Description

BSM Crew Service Centre Philippines, Inc. is urgently recruiting four Motormen to support engine-room operations and routine machinery maintenance aboard container vessels.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with engine-room watchkeeping duties.
  • Monitor machinery and report abnormal operating conditions.
  • Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance tasks.
  • Assist engineers with inspections and repair work.
  • Maintain a clean and safe engine-room environment.

Requirements

  • Relevant Motorman or engine-room rating experience.
  • Experience aboard container vessels is an advantage.
  • Valid STCW certificates and seafarer documents, as applicable.
  • Valid medical fitness certificate.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
