Job Description

Bluejacketship Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Motorman for a VLCC tanker takeover.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with engine-room machinery operation and maintenance.
  • Perform routine lubrication, cleaning, and inspection tasks.
  • Monitor machinery conditions and report defects to engineering officers.
  • Support maintenance and repair work under supervision.
  • Follow engine-room safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

  • Relevant Motorman or engine-room rating experience.
  • Large-GRT tanker experience.
  • Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Complete and valid seafarer’s documents.

Employment Details

  • Salary: USD 1,700–1,850 per month
  • Joining: 2 November 2026
  • Location: Singapore
