Job Description:
Navilands Marine, Inc. is hiring 2 Motormen to join PCTC/PCC vessels. The successful candidates will assist the engine department with machinery operation, monitoring, lubrication, maintenance, and general engine-room duties.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist engineers in the operation and monitoring of main and auxiliary machinery.
Perform routine lubrication, cleaning, and maintenance of engine-room equipment.
Assist with planned maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.
Monitor machinery condition and report defects or abnormalities.
Maintain a clean and safe engine-room working environment.
Requirements:
2 Motorman vacancies
Previous experience as a Motorman preferred
PCTC/PCC experience preferred
Valid Motorman certification/COP as applicable
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Valid seafarer's documents
Good command of English
