Job Description:
Navilands Marine, Inc. is hiring 2 Motormen to join Chemical Tanker vessels. The successful candidates will assist the engine department with machinery operation, maintenance, lubrication, and general engine-room duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist engineers with machinery operation and monitoring.
Perform lubrication, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
Assist with planned maintenance and mechanical repairs.
Monitor equipment and report abnormalities.
Follow engine-room and tanker safety procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Motorman
Chemical Tanker experience preferred
Valid Motorman certification/COP as applicable
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Valid seafarer's documents
Good command of English
