Job Description:
An urgent crew requirement is open for experienced Motorman / Firemen to join an LNG Tanker Vessel . The successful candidates will support the engineering department with engine-room duties while also carrying out fire prevention, firefighting, and emergency response duties as required onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with routine engine-room maintenance and operations.
- Supporting machinery watchkeeping and maintenance activities.
- Carrying out cleaning and lubrication duties.
- Participating in fire drills and emergency response activities.
- Assisting with fire prevention and firefighting equipment checks.
- Following onboard safety and emergency procedures.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a Motorman / Fireman on LNG Tanker Vessel .
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Relevant firefighting certification as required for the position.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Good knowledge of engine-room and emergency safety procedures.
