Job Description:
Crossworld is recruiting 8 experienced Masters to join bulk carrier vessels. The successful candidates will be responsible for the overall command and safe operation of the vessel, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, company procedures, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Take overall command and responsibility for the safe operation of the vessel.
Ensure compliance with ISM, ISPS, MARPOL, SOLAS, and company procedures.
Supervise navigation, cargo operations, and deck activities.
Manage and coordinate the vessel's crew and onboard safety procedures.
Maintain effective communication with the company, authorities, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Valid Master Mariner Certificate of Competency
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Previous experience as Master on bulk carrier vessels
Valid Passport and Seaman's Book
