Job Description
Bluejacketship Management Pvt. Ltd. is urgently recruiting an experienced Master for a Very Large Crude Carrier (VLCC) tanker takeover. Candidates must hold a Panama Certificate of Competency (CoC) and have experience on large-GRT tankers.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Command and navigate the VLCC safely in compliance with international maritime regulations.
- Supervise tanker cargo operations and ensure safe loading, discharging, and cargo handling.
- Manage the crew and oversee all vessel operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company procedures.
- Maintain vessel documentation and coordinate with the company and relevant authorities.
Requirements
- Valid Master’s Certificate of Competency (CoC) – Panama.
- Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
- Proven experience on large-GRT tankers.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Complete and valid seafarer’s documents.
Employment Details
- Salary: USD 11,500–12,500 per month
- Joining: 2 November 2026
- Location: Singapore
- Vessel: VLCC, 160,000 GRT
