Job Description:
We are conducting a large-scale recruitment drive for our new principal to crew six Panamax bulk vessels. We are looking for dedicated professionals across all deck and engine department ranks to join our expanding team. Successful candidates will be part of a professional crew operating on international trade routes. A valid United States (US) visa is an absolute mandatory requirement for all positions due to our trading patterns.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vessel in accordance with international regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW).
· Performing navigational watchkeeping, cargo operations, and maintenance duties as per rank (Deck Department).
· Overseeing and maintaining the vessel's propulsion plant, auxiliary machinery, and electrical systems as per rank (Engine Department).
· Upholding strict safety, security, and environmental protection protocols.
· Maintaining accurate logs, reports, and documentation relevant to your department.

Requirements:
· Valid STCW certificates with all necessary endorsements for the applied rank.
· Valid seafarer's medical fitness certificate.
· Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal).
· Valid United States (US) Visa is mandatory.
· Prior experience on Bulk Carriers or similar vessel types is preferred.
· Relevant CoC / Diploma for the applied officer position.

· Contract Duration: Standard seafarer contract (e.g., 6-9 months, with leave).
