Job Description:
The Master serves as the overall command authority on board, ensuring safe navigation, operational efficiency, compliance with maritime regulations, and the leadership of all vessel departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full command and responsibility for vessel operations
• Navigation and passage planning
• Compliance with international and company safety standards
• Oversight of crew management and performance
• Coordination with shore management and port authorities
• Incident reporting and risk management
• Ensuring operational readiness at all times
Requirements:
• Valid Master (Unlimited) CoC
• Minimum required sea time in rank
• Experience on similar vessel types preferred
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Valid STCW certificates, medical fitness, and relevant endorsements
