Location: Global (LPG Fleet)
Job Description:
The Captain (Master) holds overall command of the LPG vessel and ensures safe navigation, efficient operation, and compliance with international maritime regulations. The role requires exceptional leadership and experience in managing gas carriers under varying sea conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Commanding and managing the entire vessel and crew.
• Ensuring compliance with ISM Code, MARPOL, SOLAS, and company procedures.
• Overseeing navigation, cargo handling, and port operations.
• Managing onboard safety, emergency drills, and documentation.
• Coordinating communication with company offices and charterers.
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certification and Master’s license for LPG vessels.
• Minimum 3 years of command experience on LPG or gas carriers.
• Medical fitness certificate (ENG1 or equivalent).
• Fluent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
