Job Description
Wilhelmsen Marine Personnel (Philippines) Inc. is inviting applications from qualified Masters to command Fully Refrigerated Gas Tanker / VLGC vessels.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Command and navigate the vessel safely.
- Supervise gas cargo operations and ensure compliance with cargo-handling procedures.
- Manage the crew and oversee vessel operations.
- Ensure compliance with international maritime, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain vessel documentation and coordinate with the company and relevant authorities.
Requirements
- Valid Master’s Certificate of Competency (CoC), as applicable.
- Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate.
- Relevant experience in the same rank and on the required vessel type.
- Valid seafarer’s documents and applicable gas tanker qualifications.
- Proficiency in English communication.
