Job Description:
We are currently looking for a qualified Master (Captain) for a Cement Carrier vessel. The vessel operates in [insert region or area], transporting cement. Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the overall operation of the vessel, ensuring safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulations.

• Navigating the vessel, preparing voyage plans, and ensuring safe routing and docking.
• Monitoring vessel performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance, and ensuring all equipment is operational.

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Master on similar vessel types (Cement Carrier preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience in managing crew and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
