Star Ocean Manning Philippines Inc. announces urgent hiring for deployment on Capesize, Panamax, and Supramax Bulk Carrier vessels for December 2025 – January 2026.
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the vessel relevant to the assigned rank
• Compliance with international maritime regulations and company standards
• Proper handling of technical, navigational, or deck duties depending on position
• Coordination with multinational crew members to ensure smooth vessel operations
• Completion of required reports, logs, and safety procedures

• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• English communication proficiency
• Relevant rank and vessel experience (international experience required for some positions)
• Technical competency according to the position (engine, deck, or electrical department)
