Job Description:
Jebsen PTC Maritime, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Master to join its Bulk Carrier fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall command, navigation, cargo operations, and safe management of the vessel while ensuring full compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Maintain full command and safe operation of the Bulk Carrier.
Supervise navigation, cargo loading/discharging, and voyage execution.
Lead and manage the onboard crew.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental regulations.
Maintain communication with company management and port authorities.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Valid Master Certificate of Competency
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as Master on Bulk Carriers preferred
