Job Description:
Elwin Crew Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Master to join its Bulk Carrier fleet operating on Handymax and Panamax vessels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall command, safe navigation, cargo operations, crew management, and compliance with international maritime regulations. Applicants must have relevant experience serving as Master on Handymax or Panamax bulk carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Command and safely operate the vessel in accordance with international regulations.
Supervise cargo loading, unloading, and voyage operations.
Manage and lead the ship's officers and crew.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and ISM procedures.
Maintain efficient communication with company management and port authorities.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid Medical fitness certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
Previous experience as Master on Handymax/Panamax Bulk Carriers is required.
Valid Certificate of Competency appropriate for the rank.
Valid passport and seafarer's documents.
