Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and rank, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
ETO (Electro-Technical Officer):
· Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical and electronic systems onboard
· Compliance with safety management systems and electrical safety protocols
Bosun:
· Supervision of deck crew, routine maintenance, painting, and mooring operations
· Ensuring deck equipment is in good working order
Fitter / Trainee Fitter:
· Routine maintenance, welding, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment
· Assistance with engine room maintenance as directed
AB (Able Seaman) / OS (Ordinary Seaman) / Oiler:
· Deck watchkeeping, mooring operations, and routine maintenance (AB/OS)
· Engine room watchkeeping and assistance with machinery maintenance (Oiler)
· Compliance with all safety management systems, ISM, and company HSEQ requirements

Requirements:
Position Quantity Certificate / Experience Requirements
ETO x8 Valid ETO CoC; experience on bulk carriers preferred
Bosun x12 Valid Bosun / AB CoC; proven experience on bulk carriers
Fitter x11 Valid Fitter / Welder certification; experience on bulk carriers preferred
AB x40 Valid AB CoC; proven experience on bulk carriers
Oiler x35 Valid Oiler / Engine Room Rating CoC; experience on bulk carriers preferred
OS x20 Valid OS CoC; entry-level or experienced
Trainee Fitter x10 Basic mechanical aptitude; willingness to learn; trainees accepted
General Requirements (all positions):
· Valid STCW certificates as per rank
· Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
