Job Description

Capital Shipmanning Phils. Inc. is hiring qualified and experienced seafarers to join tanker vessels for deployment between October and December 2026. Multiple vacancies are available across the deck, engine, electrical, and catering departments.

Several positions are marked urgent, while others have specific target deployment months. Candidates must meet the experience and documentation requirements listed below.

Deck Department

• Master x 7 
• Chief Officer x 5 
• 2nd Officer x 9 
• 3rd Officer x 15 
• AB
• OS x 2 

Engine and Electrical Department

• Chief Engineer x 5 
• 2nd Engineer x 6 
• 3rd Engineer x 8 
• 4th Engineer x 5 
• ETO x 6 
• Fitter x 2 
• Pumpman 
• Oiler x 10 

Catering Department

• Chief Cook x 3 

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform duties according to the assigned rank and department.
• Ensure safe vessel operations and compliance with maritime regulations.
• Carry out routine maintenance and inspections of deck, engine, and electrical equipment as applicable.
• Follow onboard safety procedures and participate in emergency drills.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions onboard.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. or Schengen visa preferred.
• All required seafarer documents must be valid and available.
• Minimum 18 months of experience in the position applied for.
• Last sign-off must have been within the past 9 months.
• Previous international sea service experience is required.
• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the position.
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
