Set Crew for LPG Tanker Vessels

Job Description:

BSM is recruiting a Full Crew for an LPG Vessel, joining in the first part of June. This is a takeover (B/Jun – the earliest). Cargo Ethylene experience is required.

· ISM Category: Gas Carrier
· Main Engine: STX/MAN-B&W 6S35ME-B9 (2-stroke, 6-cylinder) | Power: 5,005 kW / 6,805 HP | Speed: 167 RPM
· Propulsion: 1 x Fixed pitch propeller
· Generators: 3 x MAN-B&W 6L23/30H (4-stroke, 960 kW each)

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy and rank, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

Master / Chief Officer / 2nd Officer / 3rd Officer:

· Safe navigation, cargo operations (Ethylene), and vessel management
· Compliance with all safety management systems, ISM, and gas carrier regulations

Chief Engineer / 2nd Engineer / 3rd Engineer / 4th Engineer / Gas Engineer:

· Management of engine room operations, maintenance, and repair of propulsion and auxiliary machinery
· Specialized gas engineering systems and cargo handling

ETO:

· Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical and electronic systems

Bosun / AB / OS:

· Supervision of deck crew, mooring operations, and routine maintenance
· Deck watchkeeping and support of gas carrier operations

Motorman / Oiler / Wiper / Fitter / Tr. Wiper:

· Engine room watchkeeping, lubrication, and maintenance of mechanical equipment

Chief Cook / Cook / Messman / Steward:

· Meal preparation, food stock management, hygiene compliance, and catering support

· Availability: Must be available for joining in the first part of June (takeover)
