Job Description
Dese Crew Management is currently recruiting qualified and experienced seafarers to join an LPG 5,000 GRT Vessel sailing under the Panama Flag.
The company is seeking professional officers, engineers, and ratings to support safe cargo handling, navigation, engineering operations, and vessel maintenance while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company safety standards.
Successful candidates will join within one week and become part of a professional multinational crew onboard LPG carriers.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure safe navigation and vessel operations
- Support LPG cargo handling and operational safety
- Perform engine room, maintenance, and repair duties
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Carry out mooring and cargo operations
- Maintain compliance with company HSE procedures and international maritime regulations
- Participate in emergency drills and safety training
- Work effectively within a multinational crew environment
Requirements
General Requirements
- Valid seafarer documents with minimum 18 months validity
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
- Previous experience in the same rank and on the same vessel type
- Fluent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
