Job Description
Augustea Ship Manning Philippines Inc. is recruiting qualified and experienced maritime professionals for various positions onboard an LNG Vessel.
We are looking for candidates across the Deck, Engine, Electrical, Gas Operations and Catering Departments. Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective ranks, valid maritime qualifications and all required certificates for service onboard an LNG vessel.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform all duties associated with the assigned rank in accordance with company policies and vessel procedures.
- Support safe and efficient LNG vessel operations.
- Carry out navigation, bridge watchkeeping, deck, cargo, engine-room, electrical or catering duties as applicable.
- Assist with LNG cargo operations and gas-related systems where required by the position.
- Operate, inspect and maintain machinery, equipment and technical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
- Maintain safe working conditions and operational readiness onboard.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, emergency drills and response activities.
- Follow company HSE procedures and applicable maritime safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, teamwork and operational discipline.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Relevant experience in the same or similar rank.
- Valid STCW certificates applicable to the position.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) / Certificate of Proficiency (CoP), as required.
- Valid passport and Seaman's Book.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Relevant professional qualifications and endorsements.
- Good command of English.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multinational crew.
- Additional vessel-specific training and certifications may be required.
Position-Specific Requirements
Chief Engineer / 2nd Engineer / 3rd Engineer / 4th Engineer
- Valid engineering CoC appropriate to the rank.
- Relevant engine-room experience.
- LNG vessel experience is an advantage.
Junior 3rd Officer
- Relevant deck officer qualification and applicable certification.
- Previous bridge watchkeeping or seagoing experience as required by the position.
Able Seaman / Ordinary Seaman
- Relevant deck-rating qualifications and STCW certificates.
- Previous vessel experience and familiarity with deck operations.
Pumpman
- Relevant experience with pumping systems, valves and cargo-related equipment.
- Tanker or gas vessel experience is an advantage.
Oiler / Motorman
- Relevant engine-room rating qualifications.
- Experience with machinery operation, lubrication and maintenance.
Fitter / Machinist
- Relevant mechanical fitting or machining experience.
- Experience with shipboard machinery maintenance and repairs.
Electrician / ETO
- Relevant electrical or electro-technical qualifications.
- Experience with marine electrical systems, automation and control equipment.
Gas Engineer
- Relevant technical qualifications and experience with gas systems.
- LNG / gas carrier experience and applicable gas-related certification are advantageous.
Chief Cook / 2nd Cook
- Relevant catering qualifications or professional cooking experience.
- Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation and safe food handling.
Messman
- Previous shipboard catering, housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
