A reputable shipping company is currently recruiting qualified and experienced seafarers to join Heavy Lift Vessels operating in European waters.
The company is seeking experienced deck officers, engineering officers, deck ratings, technical crew, and catering personnel.
Candidates with previous experience on Heavy Lift Vessels of 3,000 GT or more are preferred. Candidates with experience on Bulk Carriers, Container Vessels, or other cargo vessels may also be considered, depending on the type and complexity of cargo handled.
Successful candidates will support safe navigation, heavy lift and cargo operations, engine-room management, vessel maintenance, and onboard catering while maintaining compliance with international maritime regulations and company procedures.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform duties according to the assigned rank and company procedures
• Support safe navigation and bridge watchkeeping operations
• Assist with heavy lift, cargo loading, discharge, securing, and cargo care operations
• Support crane and lifting operations where applicable
• Conduct deck maintenance, mooring, anchoring, and safety activities
• Operate and maintain propulsion, auxiliary machinery, and vessel equipment
• Carry out planned maintenance, inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Support mechanical, fitting, and fabrication work where applicable
• Participate in emergency drills, toolbox talks, and onboard safety meetings
• Ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, ISM Code, and company HSE procedures
• Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork onboard
• Previous experience in the same rank is required
• Previous experience on Heavy Lift Vessels of 3,000 GT or more preferred
• Candidates with experience on Bulk Carriers, Container Vessels, or other cargo vessels may be considered depending on their cargo experience
• Experience with heavy lift, project cargo, breakbulk, containers, bulk cargo, or other specialized cargo is an advantage
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
• Valid Passport, Seaman’s Book, and Medical Certificate
• Relevant professional qualifications and certificates for the applied position
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a multinational crew environment
• All certificates and documents must be valid and up to date
• Physically and medically fit for sea service
Chief Officer
• Valid Chief Officer Certificate of Competency
• Previous Heavy Lift / cargo vessel experience
• Strong cargo planning, cargo securing, and deck management experience
• Experience with project or heavy lift cargo is an advantage
Second Officer / Third Officer
• Valid OOW / relevant Certificate of Competency
• Previous Heavy Lift or cargo vessel experience
• Good navigation and bridge watchkeeping skills
Chief Engineer / Second Engineer / Third Engineer
• Valid Engineering Certificate of Competency appropriate to rank
• Previous Heavy Lift or cargo vessel engineering experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of propulsion and auxiliary machinery
Bosun
• Previous Bosun experience on cargo / Heavy Lift Vessels
• Strong deck maintenance, mooring, cargo, and lifting support experience
Able Bodied Seaman (AB)
• Valid Able Seafarer Deck certification
• Previous cargo vessel experience preferred
• Experience with mooring, cargo handling, lashing, and deck maintenance
AB / Fitter
• Valid AB certification
• Relevant mechanical/fitting experience
• Previous cargo vessel experience preferred
AB / Cook
• Valid AB certification
• Previous combined deck and catering experience preferred
• Relevant food hygiene knowledge/certification
Fitter
• Relevant mechanical / fitter qualification or experience
• Previous cargo vessel or Heavy Lift vessel maintenance experience preferred
• Good knowledge of mechanical repairs and fabrication work
Wiper
• Relevant engine-room rating certification
• Previous engine-room experience preferred
Chief Cook / Second Cook
• Previous marine catering experience
• Relevant Food Hygiene / Food Safety certification where applicable
• Ability to prepare meals for a multinational crew
