Job Description
A leading tanker operator is urgently seeking qualified and experienced seafarers to join a Chemical Tanker fleet operating in Spain on a 90/90 rotation schedule.
Successful candidates will support tanker cargo operations, vessel navigation, engine room management, electrical maintenance, deck operations, machinery maintenance, and onboard catering services while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, tanker safety standards, and company operational procedures.
This opportunity is ideal for maritime professionals with previous Chemical Tanker experience and strong knowledge of tanker operations.

Catering Department
Job Responsibilities
Deck Department
- Support vessel navigation and deck operations
- Participate in mooring and anchoring activities
- Conduct deck maintenance and preservation work
- Assist with cargo handling operations
- Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures
Engine Department
- Operate and maintain propulsion and auxiliary machinery
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Monitor engine room equipment and operational performance
- Maintain machinery records and maintenance documentation
- Ensure safe and efficient engine room operations
Electrical Department
- Maintain electrical, electronic, and automation systems
- Troubleshoot control and monitoring systems
- Support power generation and distribution systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical equipment
Catering Department
- Prepare meals for officers and crew
- Maintain food hygiene and sanitation standards
- Manage galley inventory and provisions
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food supplies
Requirements
Engine Officer Requirements
- Advanced Chemical Tanker Training Certificate
- Experience with MAN 6L21/31 machinery
- Diesel Electric and VFD experience required
- Valid Certificate of Competency appropriate to rank
- Previous Chemical Tanker experience preferred
Deck and Rating Requirements
- Basic Oil and Chemical Tanker Training Certificate
- Previous tanker vessel experience preferred
- Experience in the same rank is an advantage
General Requirements
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
- All certificates and documents must be valid
- Schengen Visa is an advantage
