Job Description:
DESE Crew Management is urgently seeking qualified and experienced seafarers to join Bulk Carrier vessels operating worldwide. These vessels are engaged in the transportation of dry bulk cargo, requiring skilled crew across deck, engine, and catering departments. The company is looking for candidates with proven experience on similar vessels who can ensure safe navigation, cargo handling, and efficient vessel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Managing safe navigation and cargo operations onboard bulk carriers
• Operating and maintaining engine room machinery and systems
• Assisting with loading, unloading, and cargo monitoring
• Ensuring compliance with international maritime safety standards
• Supporting daily vessel operations and maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates (as per STCW 2010)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum 2 contracts on similar vessel type
• All documents valid for at least 18 months
• Good attitude and professional conduct
