TOS People is currently recruiting qualified and experienced ratings and catering crew to join Oil Tanker and Suezmax Tanker vessels operating worldwide.
The company is seeking experienced deck, engine-room, and catering personnel for various onboard positions. Candidates who meet the required qualifications and have relevant tanker experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned position, duties may include:
- Perform duties according to the assigned rank and company procedures.
- Support safe oil tanker and Suezmax tanker operations.
- Participate in cargo, mooring, anchoring, and deck activities.
- Assist with cargo pump and tanker operations where applicable.
- Carry out engine-room maintenance, lubrication, and machinery support duties.
- Perform planned maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Maintain deck, engine-room, and accommodation areas.
- Prepare and serve meals and support catering operations.
- Participate in emergency drills, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
- Ensure compliance with STCW, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, tanker procedures, and company HSE requirements.
- Maintain effective teamwork within a professional multinational crew.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous experience in the same position is preferred.
- Previous experience on Oil Tanker / Suezmax Tanker vessels is highly desirable.
- Valid STCW certification relevant to the applied position.
- Valid Certificate of Proficiency (COP) where applicable.
- Relevant tanker-specific training and certificates where required.
- Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities.
- Professional attitude and commitment to safe tanker operations.
- Physically and medically fit for sea service.
- Ready to join according to vessel and company requirements.
Position-Specific Requirements
Bosun / AB / OS
- Valid deck rating certification.
- Previous tanker deck experience preferred.
Pumpman
- Proven tanker cargo-pump and tank-operation experience.
- Knowledge of cargo handling systems.
Oiler / Fitter / Motorman / Wiper
- Relevant engine-room or mechanical qualifications.
- Previous tanker vessel experience preferred.
Cadet
- Valid cadet documentation and required STCW certificates.
- Eligible for onboard sea training.
Chief Cook / Cook / Steward / Messman
- Relevant shipboard catering or accommodation experience.
- Food hygiene certification where applicable.
