Job Description

Winning Logistic is recruiting qualified and experienced seafarers for several positions onboard tanker vessels.

We are seeking motivated professionals with previous experience in the same rank on tankers with a gross tonnage of more than 12,000, familiarity with SIRE inspections and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Candidates must hold all required STCW certificates and ensure that their documents remain valid for at least 18 months.

Deck Department

• Bosun – 1 position

Engine Department

• Pumpman – 1 position
• Fitter – 1 position

Catering Department

• Cook – 1 position

Key Responsibilities

Pumpman

• Operate, inspect and maintain cargo pumps and associated equipment.
• Assist with cargo loading and discharging operations.
• Follow tanker cargo-handling procedures and safety requirements.
• Report equipment defects and operational abnormalities.

Fitter

• Perform mechanical maintenance, repairs and fitting work.
• Inspect and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Assist the engineering team with planned maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Follow safe working practices during maintenance activities.

Bosun

• Supervise deck crew and coordinate routine deck operations.
• Assist with mooring, anchoring and cargo-related activities.
• Maintain deck equipment and ensure good housekeeping.
• Follow onboard safety procedures and support emergency drills.

Cook

• Prepare meals for the crew in accordance with onboard requirements.
• Maintain galley cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
• Manage food storage and assist with provision control.
• Follow onboard health, safety and sanitation procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the same rank onboard tanker vessels.
• Experience on tanker vessels with GRT greater than 12,000, as specified by the employer.
• Valid certificates in accordance with STCW 2010.
• Valid BST MSC 560 certification, as specified in the recruitment announcement.
• All documents and certificates must remain valid for a minimum of 18 months.
• Familiarity with SIRE inspections.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Valid passport, seaman’s book and medical fitness certificate, as applicable.
• Ability to follow onboard safety procedures and international maritime regulations.
