Job Description:

Benteng Marines is currently recruiting qualified and experienced Rating Crew to join a Bulk Carrier vessel operating worldwide.

The successful candidates will support deck, engine room, and catering operations onboard, ensuring safe and efficient vessel operations in accordance with company procedures and international maritime standards.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform duties according to the assigned rank and department
 • Support daily deck, engine room, or catering operations
 • Carry out maintenance, cleaning, and operational tasks as required
 • Follow onboard safety procedures and company HSE policies
 • Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
 • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
 • Work effectively as part of a multinational crew

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the same position onboard Bulk Carriers preferred
 • Valid STCW certification package
 • Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
 • Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
 • Relevant certificates and qualifications for the applied position
 • Good English communication skills
 • Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
 • Physically and medically fit for sea service
 • Availability to join in Singapore in September 2026
