Job Description
PT Jasa Internasional Maritim is currently recruiting qualified and experienced Indonesian seafarers to join Bulk Carrier vessels operating worldwide.
The company is seeking crew members for deck, engine, electro-technical, and cadet positions. Candidates with relevant experience in their applied rank and previous Bulk Carrier service are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
- Perform assigned duties according to rank and vessel procedures
- Support safe navigation, deck, cargo, and maintenance operations
- Assist with engine room machinery operation and maintenance
- Support electrical and electro-technical maintenance activities
- Participate in mooring, anchoring, cargo handling, and deck operations as applicable
- Maintain equipment, working areas, and operational readiness
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures
- Follow company HSE policies and international maritime regulations
- Work effectively as part of a multicultural crew
Requirements
General Requirements
- Indonesian nationality
- Previous experience in the same rank is preferred
- Previous experience onboard Bulk Carrier vessels is an advantage
- Valid certificates and qualifications relevant to the applied position
- Valid maritime documents as required for the position
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in an international crew environment
Position-Specific Requirements
2nd Officer / 3rd Officer
- Valid Certificate of Competency and relevant STCW certification
- Previous experience in the same rank preferred
Able Seaman (AB)
- Valid Able Seafarer Deck qualification and relevant STCW certification
- Previous Bulk Carrier experience preferred
Oiler / Wiper
- Valid rating certificates and relevant STCW certification
- Previous engine room experience preferred
Electro-Technical Rating (ETR)
- Relevant electro-technical qualifications and certificates
- Previous experience with marine electrical systems preferred
Deck Cadet
- Enrolled in or completed an approved deck cadet training program
- Valid cadet training and supporting maritime documents
Engine Cadet
- Enrolled in or completed an approved engine cadet training program
- Valid cadet training and supporting maritime documents
