Fleet Management Limited (A Crew Group Company) is urgently hiring qualified and experienced seafarers for immediate deployment in March 2026. Openings are available for VLCC, Oil-Chemical, and Crude Oil tankers operating in international waters.
We are seeking competent officers and ratings with valid tanker experience and readiness for ASAP deployment. Candidates must meet international maritime standards and possess valid certification as per rank.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and cargo operations in compliance with international tanker regulations
• Maintenance and efficient operation of vessel machinery and equipment
• Strict adherence to ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL, and company safety procedures
• Participation in drills and emergency response procedures
• Performance of duties according to rank and company standards

• Valid Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience on VLCC / Oil-Chem / Crude Oil tankers preferred
• Experience in the same rank on similar vessel type
