Capital Shipmanning Phils Inc. is currently hiring crew members for tanker vessel deployment scheduled between April and June. Open positions include:
• 2nd Officer (2) – by June
• 3rd Officer (10) – April to June
• 2nd Engineer (3) – May to June
• 3rd Engineer (7) – April to June
• 4th Engineer (6) – April to June
• Pumpman (3) – April to June
• Able Seaman (AB) (4) – May to June
• Ordinary Seaman (OS) (2) – May to June
• Oiler (3) – April to June
• Fitter (5) – by June
• Chief Cook (1) – by May
• Messman (2) – by April
The company is seeking experienced maritime professionals for tanker vessel operations under international standards. Crew members will work onboard tanker vessels and are expected to follow safety, operational, and maintenance procedures according to company and maritime regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform assigned duties according to rank and vessel operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations onboard
• Maintain and operate ship equipment related to position
• Assist in cargo operations and watchkeeping duties (deck crew)
• Carry out maintenance, repair, and engine room operations (engine crew)

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid and on-hand maritime documents
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Preferably holder of valid U.S. Visa or Schengen Visa
• Minimum 18 months experience in the applied position
• Last sign-off must not exceed 9 months
• International experience preferred
