Valid STCW certificates compliant with the latest regulations
Previous experience on General Cargo vessels (rank-specific)
Good command of English (Marlins/CEFR level as required)
Valid Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (MLC-compliant)
Clean employment record and strong professional references
Ability to work in an international crew and maintain safe working practices
