REQUIREMENTS
Valid STCW certificates and documents
Experience on Bulk Carriers (preferably on similar DWT)
English level: from basic conversational to good working proficiency (depending on rank)
Clean record regarding PSC / Vetting / Internal audits
Valid medical certificate (MLC / ILO / Flag as required)
Strong safety awareness and adherence to company procedures
Ability to work effectively in a multinational crew
Professional discipline, responsibility, and strong teamwork skills
