Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience on Bulk Carrier vessels (preferably 6–12 months)
- Valid STCW certificates, Seaman’s Book, biometric passport
- English level: conversational to good, depending on rank
- No issues with PSC / USCG / Vetting inspections
- Valid COC for Officers with proven sea service
