Job Description:
Spectrum Marine and Ship Management Inc. is urgently recruiting experienced crew members for Bulk Carrier vessels – Handy Size / Panamax. Planned deployments are scheduled for August and September, with some positions requiring ASAP availability.
Open Positions:
Chief Mate (CM)
• Previous experience on Bulk Carriers preferred
• Available for August/September deployment
2nd Mate (2M)
• Previous Bulk Carrier experience preferred
• Available for August/September deployment
3rd Mate (3M)
• Previous Bulk Carrier experience preferred
• Available for August/September deployment
Chief Engineer (CE)
• Previous Bulk Carrier experience preferred
• Available for August/September deployment
Electro-Technical Officer (ETO)
• Previous Bulk Carrier experience preferred
• Available for August/September deployment
Able Seaman (AB)
• Previous Bulk Carrier experience preferred
• Available for August/September deployment
Oiler
• Previous Bulk Carrier experience preferred
• Available for August/September deployment
Chief Cook (CCK)
• Previous Bulk Carrier experience preferred
• Available for August/September deployment
Key Responsibilities:
As per company and vessel requirements, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing all duties associated with the relevant rank onboard
• Supporting safe and efficient vessel operations
• Maintaining vessel equipment and work areas
• Following company safety, security, and HSE procedures
• Working effectively as part of the vessel’s crew
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in the applied position
• Previous Bulk Carrier experience preferred
• Valid certificates and documents appropriate to rank
• Valid medical certificate
• Availability for the planned deployment period
• Good English communication and teamwork skills
