Job Description:
Lydia Mar Manila Inc. is seeking qualified crew members for deployment on Bulk Carrier Vessels operating worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity for seafarers to join a reputable shipping company with competitive contracts and international trading exposure.
Positions Available:
• Electrician
Deployment: November 2025
Trading Area: Worldwide
Preferred: Valid US visa holders (not required)
Contract Duration: 9 months
Salary: Competitive, in USD
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and operation of the vessel
• Supervision and management of assigned crew and departments
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of ship machinery and equipment
• Compliance with company procedures, safety, and international regulations
• Participation in cargo handling, deck, and engine operations as applicable
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates relevant to rank
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Experience on similar vessel type preferred
• US visa holders preferred but not mandatory
