Job Description:
Spliethoff is currently hiring qualified and experienced personnel for deployment on General Cargo Vessels with joinings scheduled between October and November 2025.
We welcome candidates with relevant experience on Bulk Carriers, Container Ships, or other cargo vessel types — qualification will depend on the nature of previous cargoes handled.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Navigation, cargo operations, and watchkeeping duties
• Maintenance of vessel machinery and systems
• Deck upkeep, welding/fitting, and repair tasks
• Preparation of meals and maintenance of galley hygiene
• Adherence to international maritime safety and environmental standards
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• At least 12 months of experience on international vessels
• Last disembarkation must not be more than 12 months ago
• Experience with General Cargo, Bulk, Container, or similar vessel types preferred
• Must present original Seaman’s Book during application
