Job Description:
Radial Golden Marine Service Corporation is currently hiring experienced and trainee personnel for Ro-Ro Cargo Vessels operating on international routes. These vessels are part of a global shipping project with regular worldwide deployment. The employment is under contract conditions with all standard maritime benefits provided. Candidates must be ready for onboard work in a multicultural crew and be familiar with the responsibilities tied to their respective positions.

• AB (Able Seaman)
• OS (Ordinary Seaman)
• Fitter
• Oiler
• Motorman

• Deck Cadet
• Engine Cadet
• Cook
• Trainee OS
• Trainee Wiper
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe and effective performance of daily operations on deck or in the engine room
• Maintenance and repair of vessel equipment as per position
• Watchkeeping duties
• Assisting in mooring, anchoring, and cargo operations
• Supporting the vessel’s hygiene, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Experience on Ro-Ro vessels is an advantage
• Willingness to work in international waters and multicultural teams
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: Depending on the position and rotation, typically 6–9 months
