Job Description
Wira Manning Service is inviting applications from qualified and experienced seafarers for several vacancies across container, LNG and tanker vessels.
We are looking for maritime professionals with relevant sea service, appropriate qualifications and valid certificates for their respective ranks. Candidates interested in joining international merchant vessels and local tanker operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Electro-Technical Officer (ETO)
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and electronic equipment onboard.
- Inspect and maintain automation, alarm, monitoring and control systems.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and report technical defects.
Ordinary Seaman (OS)
- Assist with routine deck operations and vessel maintenance.
- Carry out housekeeping and support mooring and cargo-related activities as instructed.
- Follow onboard safety procedures and participate in emergency drills.
Second Officer (2/O)
- Perform navigational watchkeeping duties.
- Assist with passage planning and bridge operations.
- Maintain assigned navigational and safety documentation.
Fourth Engineer (4/E)
- Assist with the operation and maintenance of engine-room machinery.
- Carry out routine inspections and planned maintenance.
- Report equipment abnormalities and support troubleshooting activities.
Pumpman
- Operate, inspect and maintain cargo pumps and associated equipment.
- Assist with cargo loading, discharging and other assigned tanker operations.
- Follow cargo-handling and safety procedures.
Fitter
- Perform mechanical maintenance, repairs and fitting work.
- Assist engineers with machinery inspections and troubleshooting.
- Maintain tools and workshop areas in safe working condition.
Requirements
- Relevant sea service experience for the applied position.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC), Certificate of Proficiency (CoP) or other professional qualifications, as applicable.
- Valid STCW certificates appropriate to the rank.
- Valid seafarer’s medical fitness certificate.
- Valid passport and seaman’s book.
- Previous experience on the relevant vessel type is preferred.
- Good command of English and effective onboard communication skills.
- Ability to comply with company procedures, international maritime regulations and onboard safety standards.
