Job Description

We are urgently recruiting experienced seafarers for international assignments onboard a 38,000 GRT tanker operated by a Norwegian company.

Qualified candidates are invited to apply for engineering, deck and catering positions. Applicants must have relevant sea service experience, valid STCW certificates and good English communication skills.

The vessel will operate in the Middle East, with an additional HRA bonus applicable as indicated in the recruitment announcement.

Engine Department

• 2nd Engineer

Deck Department

• Bosun – 1 vacancy
• Pumpman – 1 vacancy

Key Responsibilities

• 2nd Engineer: Assist with engine-room operations, machinery maintenance, troubleshooting and planned maintenance.
• Bosun: Supervise deck crew activities, coordinate deck maintenance and assist with mooring operations.
• Pumpman: Operate and maintain cargo pumps and associated equipment in accordance with tanker procedures.
• Cook: Prepare meals for the crew and maintain galley hygiene and food safety standards.
• Oilers: Assist with machinery inspections, lubrication, routine maintenance and engine-room housekeeping.
• Able Seamen (AB): Perform deck maintenance, mooring duties, watchkeeping and other assigned vessel operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 24 months of relevant sea service experience.
• Valid STCW certificates appropriate to the applied position.
• Valid passport, seaman’s book and medical fitness certificate.
• Good command of English and effective communication skills.
• Relevant experience in the applied rank.
• Previous tanker experience is an advantage.
• Ability to follow onboard safety procedures and international maritime regulations.
• Availability to join at the beginning of November 2026.
