Key Responsibilities
- Ensure safe navigation and operation of the vessel
- Manage cargo loading, discharge, and tank cleaning operations
- Perform engine room watchkeeping and machinery maintenance
- Conduct routine deck and engine maintenance
- Maintain compliance with ISM, ISPS, MARPOL, and company procedures
- Promote safety awareness, teamwork, and discipline onboard
Requirements
- Valid STCW certificates appropriate to the applied rank
- Valid Seafarer’s Medical Fitness Certificate
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Relevant sea service experience on tanker vessels (preferred)
- Tanker Familiarization / Advanced Oil Tanker Operations Certificate (for deck and engine officers)
- Strong safety awareness and professional attitude
