Job Description
BSI Crew is currently seeking qualified and experienced seafarers to join a General Cargo Vessel (1,998 GRT) operating on international voyages.
Successful candidates will support vessel navigation, engine room management, deck maintenance, cargo operations, welding activities, and ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company safety procedures.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced officers, engineers, and ratings with previous Korean vessel experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe vessel navigation and cargo operations
- Perform navigational watchkeeping duties according to rank
- Operate and maintain propulsion and auxiliary machinery
- Carry out deck maintenance, mooring, and cargo handling operations
- Perform welding and steel repair work where applicable
- Maintain engine room equipment and machinery
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with STCW requirements, ISM Code, and company HSE policies
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Previous Korean vessel experience is mandatory
- Valid STCW certification package
- Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC) for officer and engineer positions
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
