Job Description
OSM Thome is currently recruiting qualified and experienced seafarers to join its Bulk Carrier Vessel fleet operating on international trading routes.
The company is seeking experienced officers, engineers, electro-technical personnel, deck ratings, engine ratings, and catering staff to support safe and efficient vessel operations while maintaining full compliance with international maritime regulations and company standards.
Successful candidates should possess previous Bulk Carrier experience, valid maritime certifications, and strong English communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
Depending on rank, duties may include:
- Perform duties according to assigned rank and company procedures.
- Support safe navigation, cargo operations, engine room activities, electrical maintenance, deck maintenance, or catering operations.
- Maintain vessel equipment and operational readiness.
- Ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, ISM Code, and company HSE policies.
- Participate in emergency drills and onboard safety training.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
- Work effectively within a multinational crew environment.
- Promote safe and efficient vessel operations throughout the voyage.
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous experience in the applied rank onboard Bulk Carrier Vessels preferred.
- Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (where applicable).
- Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
- Physically and medically fit for sea service.
